Hand Sanitizers:
• Our alcohol based hand sanitizers have an alcohol percentage level of 62% (CDC recommendation is for hand sanitizer to have an alcohol level greater than 60%)

Production Time:
• Standard production time: 3-10 working days from proof approval on catalog quantities, including (where applicable) repeat orders on most items. Subject to stock availability.
• Production time begins the next working day after an order is production ready. Production ready means that all art, credit and/or proof issues are resolved. Order acknowledgment will be emailed for every order with a ship date.
• Large orders may require longer production time. Check with customer service or your account representative for details;
Imprint Charges:
• Direct Print: $50.00 (v) per color/location.
• Additional Imprint Colors and/or Second Location: Add $0.25 (v) each running charge per color, per location.
• Digitek: $0.35 (v)
• Decal: $50.00 (v) includes full color process imprint
• Imprint Color/Copy Change: $20.00 (v) per imprint color change
• PMS Color Match: $28.00 (v) per PMS matched imprint color. Please note that Tekweld makes every possible effort to match colors as close as possible to the assigned PMS color. We do not guarantee exact color match. Stock imprint colors are available at no charge.
• Typesetting: $8.00 (v) includes retouching of supplied art and/or adding text.

Tekweld offers 4 revisions with no charge:

• For example: V1 will be made from customer artwork placed on our template. If incorrect or changes need to be made, V2, V3, V4 V5 (if necessary) are complimentary.
• Version 6 and any revisions after will incur a $15 charge per edit.
Stock Imprint Colors (LINK)
Paper Proofs:
• No charge.
• All new orders automatically receive an email paper proof if time permits unless PO states no proof required.
• All changes and approvals of paper proofs must be returned to Tekweld via email or fax.
• Changes on paper proofs may delay your order and may incur an additional charge of $8.00(v).

Product Representations:

• We make every effort to ensure all product images on our website, proofs and virtual proofs are accurate and true to the product. However, due to changes in stock, computer monitor color variations and other factors, we strongly recommenda sample be requested before placing your order so that you are assured that the product is exactly what you're expecting.

• Small variations in images and virtual proofs are to be expected and will not result in credits.

Product color images are digital and due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color sample images may appear different from monitor to monitor. Please refer to an item's hi-res image and if it is important that the sample is exact, it is highly recommended that you order a sample first, before placing the order to better determine the exact color and/or shade. We do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual product and may vary slightly lot to lot. After you receive your samples, please keep in mind that even the actual sample can have minimal color variations from the finished product as stated. They may vary slightly from the actual product and there are also dye lot changes in the material - we cannot be responsible for these small variances/differences.
Preproduction/Spec Samples:
• $50.00 (v)
• Allow 3 business days for production.
• Preproduction sample not available on rush orders.
• Applies to most items (please call to confirm)
Virtual Samples:
• No charge (must supply camera ready artwork)
• Allow 5-7 business days.
Self Promotion:
• Our self promo policy is EQP minus 20%, plus setup fee (exclusions apply)
• Maximum quantity at Self Promo pricing is 500 pcs.
• Bulk packed unless otherwise noted on catalog pages.
Repeat Orders:
• No setup charge for an exact repeat.
• PMS matches and running charges are still applicable.
• Artwork stays on file for 2 years.
• Tekweld is not responsible if repeat orders are produced incorrectly due to inaccurate information on PO.
Rush Orders: See Additional Charges Below:
• All production ready artwork must be emailed to:
• Orders and artwork must be received before 10:30am EST. If received later, production begins next business day.
• Orders required in less than the standard published lead time are subject to rush charges (see below).

• All rush services are dependent upon credit approval and problem free camera-ready art.
• Purchase order must indicate "Rush Service" if desired, otherwise, standard production time will apply.
• Must call for availability and approval.
• Tekweld will not be responsible for any delays due to incomplete or inaccurate information on purchase order or payment information.
• Applies to catalog quantities only. Quantities of less than minimums are not available for rush service.
• Rush service is subject to available inventory. (Must clearly state rush on order, failure to state RUSH on the order may cause a delay in shipping.)
• Once an order is received, production will begin the next day.
• Order must include clear in-hands date. (Failure to state IN-HANDS date on the order may cause a delay in shipping.)
• Orders must clearly state these crucial facts: item number, item color, quantity, imprint color(s), imprint location(s), art instructions and shipping instructions. Failure to provide this necessary info on P.O. would render it incomplete and may delay production time.
• Paper proofs not available for rush orders.
• Rush orders must ship via UPS. If shipping method is not clearly stated, this authorizes shipment via air to meet in-hands date given.
Orders not eligible for Tek-Rush include
• Orders over max quantity; (End column)
• Custom Packaging & Custom acrylics
• Customers who are on credit card terms.  We highly recommend for these customer to supply their credit card information with their PO to avoid any delays in the order entry process.
• Paper proofs, pre-production samples and self-promos.

Rush Charges:
• 1 Day Rush Service - Add 35% of total unit cost.
• 2 Day Rush Service - Add 30% of total unit cost.
Less Than Minimum Orders:
• $50.00 (v) Absolute minimum quantity available is half of the minimum listed catalog quantity (Applies to most items - please call to confirm).
Non-Imprinted/Blank Orders:
• Blank orders are available at EQP minus 10%.
• Please note that on blank orders there will be no product information/ingredients.
• Over/Underrun policy will not exceed 10%. Every effort is made to ship exact quantities on all order; however, Tekweld reserves the right to ship 10% under or over the quantity ordered.

• Any changes made to an order via phone, after it has been received by Tekweld must be confirmed in writing via email or by fax.
• Tekweld assumes when artwork has been submitted for reproduction this artwork was submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademarks, etc. Purchasers, by placing these orders, agree not to hold Tekweld responsible for any damages, costs and/or expenses incurred under these laws as a consequence of our use of said artwork. The logos and designs featured on items or with relation to promotional items are to show design capabilities only. These designs are available for sale and do not imply endorsement of any products within the catalog. Logo bearing merchandise can only be obtained through the companies to which the logos or symbols belong.

Return Policy:
• While we strive for excellence, there are times in which a customer may not find satisfaction with a product. Under these circumstances, all potential returns must be submitted for review within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
• Returned merchandise will not be accepted without written consent from Tekweld.
• Tekweld reserves the right to request an image or a sample before a return authorization is made.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
• If a picture, sample, full order return cannot be provided to Tekweld, or if the order has been discarded before Tekweld can ispect the order, than a refund will not be provided.
• All cancellations must be sent in writing via email or fax.
• Once cancellation is received, Tekweld will acknowledge receipt of cancellation in writing via email. If cancellation confirmation is not received from Tekweld with 24 hours please contact your customer service representative.
• Tekweld will not be held responsible if no attempt is made to ensure cancellation request was received.
• There will be no cancellation charge if order is cancelled before proof is approved.
• A 50% cancellation fee will be applicable if proof has already been approved.
• No cancellation will be accepted for completed production runs.
Shipping Information:
Hand Sanitizer is considered dangerous goods due to their alcohol content and cannot ship air freight due to DOT regulations located in Title 49 of the code of Federal Regulations. Air shipments of hand sanitizer will be subject to hazmat shipping fees. Please email for quote. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via air. Hand Sanitizer is not shipped internationally and fall under FDA OTC (Over the counter) drugs for cosmetics. They are not eligible for shipment to any foreign country due to the wide range of regulations around the world.
• FOB: Hauppauge, New York, 11788 USA, unless noted on item.
• CANADA: No FDA Cosmetic or OTC (Over the Counter) drug products such as sanitizer, NO SPF, water or energy products.
• Shipping charges will be added to the invoice.
• All small packages will ship UPS ground unless requested otherwise on purchase order.
• Shipments cannot be made a PO Box.
• C.O.D. shipments are not available.
• All standard ground parcel rates are subject to change without notice.
• Customer must advise if shipping to a residential address.
• Tekweld will not be held responsible for delayed shipments when merchandise is given to carrier on time.

• Tekweld shall not assume liability for third-party shipping charges unless accompanied by proper invoices for claim verification.

• Tekweld disclaims responsibility for shipments that incur damage, go missing or are misdelivered until formal claims have been submitted and settled.

• Tekweld bears no responsibility for orders deemed damaged in transit without substantiated evidence of said damanges.

• Foreign shipments (shipments outside the continental United States): RECEIVER OF GOODS will be responsible for all taxes, duties and miscellaneous charges related to the shipment Declared value will be catalog pricing unless otherwise requested. Tekweld is not responsible for delays in customs, ocean freight shipments or air freight shipments beyond our immediate control.


Third Party Shipper Claims:

• Orders shipped under a third-party account necessitate the submission of the shipping invoice to Tekweld for claims processing.

• Claims must be accompanied by the appropriate information from the account holder, including pictures, invoices, and an accurate item count. Claims lacking this essential data will not be submitted.

• Please be advised that claims for orders shipped on a third-party account are not automatically guaranteed payment by the shipping carrier to Tekweld. There exists the possibility of denial, leading to the claim being returned to the account holder for a payment or requiring reentry under an alternative portal.

• In cases where an order is required before the claim is settled, the order will be processed at 50% of the standard rate. After claim resolution, the corresponding credit for the redo will be applied. However, if a claim is denied or the payment is directed to the account holder, the associated charges will remain applicable.


UPS Third-Party Accounts:

• Claims can be filed on a shipper's behalf during transit or upon delivery but are not guaranteed approval.


FedEx Third-Party Accounts:

• Depending on the order's transit status:


• Tekweld will file the claim.


• The third-party account holder is responsible for filing the claim.

• Tekweld can provide any necessary documents to enhance the claim process.


• If an order arrives damaged and the customer refuses the package, Tekweld can file the claim.


• Tekweld will file the claim.


In the event of a denied claim, Tekweld assumes no responsibility for the charges in their entirety. Moreover, if a claim has already been initiated before Tekweld's capacity to manage the claim, the feasibility of filing a subsequent claim on behalf of the customer may be constrained.


Drop Shipments/Split Shipments:

• Drop shipment: $10.00 (v) per additional location after the first.
• An excel file is required for drop shipments of more than 5 locations, with complete address field information.
• Third Party Billing: $10.00(v).
• Customers will be invoiced separately for all charges related to any address corrections and chargebacks made by UPS or any other shipping provider. Customers will be responsible for any chargeback charges for shipments that were shipped on an end-user 3rd party shipper account. If your order is paid for by credit card, address correction and chargeback charges will be billed to the same card.

• Logo Placement & Sizing: Unless a specific size is indicated on your purchase order or artwork, Tekweld will determine the most appropriate size of your imprint. If imprint size is not indicated, we reserve the right to decorate the are most suitable for the artwork method specified.
• All fonts must be converted to outlines or you must provide us with the font file when submitting your artwork. Failure to do so may cause a delay in proof creation and/or production time.
• Acceptable File Formats: Vector art is REQUIRED; Files Accepted: AI, EPS, PDF.
• Formats Accepted: PC or MAC.

Point Size Guidelines:

• For best readability fonts should not be smaller than 6 points and Ruled lines to be not less than 5 points.
• Decals items min 5pt
• Direct Print (Silk Screen/ Pad Printed) items min 7pt
• Sublimation items 8pt
• Digitek items 6pt
• Embroidered items 14pt
• Docucolor or Booklet/Paper Printed items 5pt
• Lenstek itemsRecommend 1 word or large designs only
• Ruled lines to be not less than 5 points.

QR Codes

Tekweld is not responsible for testing QR codes once an order is printed, but we suggest the following:

• QR codes will not print or scan well on textured, curved or shiny surfaces.  We recomend printing on flat, non-glassy product surfaces.

• QR codes should be at least 1" x 1" in size.  The minimum module width is 2pt.

• Scalable vector art files with dark ink colors on lighter material colors in an .eps or .pdf are strongly recommended.  Tekweld will not recreate or redraw QR codes.  Print ready art must be submitted.

• Pre-production samples are highly recommended when printing a QR code so it can be tested using multiple devices.

All labeling requirements for Over-The-Counter Drugs laws and regulations are followed and cannot be deviated under the FDA Title 21, Volume 4, CITE: 21CFR201.66.
OTC drug products are shipped with expiration dates ranging from six to twenty-four months from the date of sale. Tekweld is unable to guarantee specific expiration dates within that range, orders will not ship out with expiration dates inside of six months from the date of sale. All lot numbers and expirations date are kept on file for up to 5 years of manufacture date.
