Production time begins the next working day after an order is production ready. Production ready means that all art, credit, and/or proof issues, etc. are resolved. Standard production time for domestic / catalog quantity is 7-10 days unless otherwise specified. Quantities in excess of catalog quantities will require additional production time. *Overseas items are only an estimated time

• International Shipments: Foreign shipments (shipments outside of the continental United States: will be responsible for all taxes, duties and miscellaneous charges related to shipment. Tekweld is not responsible for delays in customs, ocean freight shipment delay or air freight shipment delays beyond our immediate control.

While we strive for excellence there are times in which a customer may not find satisfaction with a product. Under these circumstances all potential returns must be submitted for review within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Anything arising after 30 days can only be considered for exchange.

• Virtual Samples: Free of Charge (Must supply camera ready artwork)
• Speculative (Spec) Samples: $50 (v) + Setup Charges. (Must supply camera ready artwork)
• Self Promotions: EQP -10% + Setup Charges. (Must supply camera ready artwork)
• Blank Products: EQP

• Artwork Fees: Artwork clean-up, touch-ups, typesetting, or re-sizing requiring will incur art charges minimum $50.00 (v) per ½ hour. Tekweld will notify you of the exact amount prior to production. Add 1 day to standard lead times.
• Logo Placement & Sizing: Unless a specific size is indicated on your purchase order, Tekweld will determine the most appropriate size for your imprint. If no imprint area is indicated, we reserve the right to decorate in the area most suitable for the artwork method specified.
• Acceptable File Formats:
   • Vector artwork is REQUIRED. Files Accepted: AI, EPS, QXD
   • Formats Accepted: PC or MAC
   • PMS Color Matching: For each PMS color match there is a $28.00 (v) charge. Please note. Tekweld makes every effort possible to match colors as close as is possible to the assigned pms color or colors. At no time do we guarantee that the color may not vary slightly. Since a specific ink needs to be used in order to insure the proper results.
